About This Service

How Stroke Recovery Support Can Help

Coming home after a stroke is a big step, and the weeks and months that follow can be a lot to manage. Everyday tasks may take more effort, moving around the house can feel uncertain, and your loved one may be working hard to rebuild strength and confidence.

Our caregivers help with the daily routines that have become harder, like dressing, bathing, and meals, and offer a steady arm when moving around the home. They offer encouragement with exercises recommended by their care team and get them to follow-up appointments, always following the plan set by that care team.

Recovery looks different for everyone. Support can be more hands-on in the early days and ease back as your loved one regains independence, and we'll adjust the plan with you along the way.

Our caregivers help with everyday life at home. They don't provide medical treatment, and we're glad to work alongside your loved one's doctors, nurses, and therapists.
